What is the warranty period?
We provide a 1-year product warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects (after the original purchase date). If the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product. This doesn’t cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, so please keep your receipt or order number.
What type of movement is inside?

We are using a Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement coming from one of the leading manufacturers in the watch industry.

Are the watches waterproof?

Schipper watches are, like the majority of luxury watches, water resistant at 3ATM. That means suitable for everyday use. Splash/rain resistant. Not suitable for showering, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, water related work, fishing or diving.

What leather are the straps made of?

The leather straps are made of cowhide leather.

What kind of glass is being used?

Glass is made of mineral. Mineral glass is ordinary tempered glass made from silica.

Most mid-priced watches have mineral glass crystal. It is an ordinary glass crystal that has been heat treated or chemically treated to withstand scratches.

What about battery replacement?

We use Sony SR626SW batteries. Batteries can be found at most electronic stores, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don’t suggest you replacing the battery by yourself, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
